Valevitsa is a wooden trough made of planks in the shape of a truncated cone, at the bottom of which there are cracks-overflows to drain the water that comes from the mountain. Valevica is usually made near a river. The water that goes to it is separated by a special wooden gutter, made at an angle, so that the strong jet can turn the rugs in the trough. A handmade long wooden hook is used to remove them. Valevitsa continues to be used for washing rugs, blankets and fringes (kitenitsi)
